BACKGROUND
I began my career as a writer and approach every project focused on the Concept. My strengths are creating big ideas, operating large teams efficiently, providing mentorship and inspiration to team members, a global perspective, and strategy.
I think concept/copy first, then media channels, and then art. My hands-on design skills are strong and I love innovation, products, and data. Enjoy working with brilliant, kind people who preferably have a sense of humor. I'm a member of SAG-Aftra and drop in at UCB for Improv.
I am curious, solution-driven, and thrive in energetic environments. In the last few years, I’ve worked with Prehype, helping launch startups for Fortune 500 companies. I’m passionate about storytelling, social impact, and tech. Recently I finished the Product Management course at General Assembly, which is useful for my brand work.
As an Entrepreneur, I love championing women & diversity-led ideas. In '99, I Co-Founded my first tech startup artsymag.com, paving the way for artsy.net. In 2017 I founded Dream Nation Love a small Media Empire focused on amplifying positive stories and love. I’m also the Co-Founder of Fund Dreamer, and Fund Dreamer India a global crowdfunding platform for Social Impact, promoting women and underrepresented-led ideas. It’s been featured in Forbes, Fortune, Cosmopolitan, and Entrepreneur Mag. I am also an Angel Investor in The Daily Hunch a personalized, daily horoscope subscription service. It was recently featured in the NY Times along those from Bustle, Girlboss, Lenny, Broadly, and The Cut. All multi-million dollar companies.
